They needed Power of Attorney for my taxes, which I gave them, and in the end, they managed to reduce my total balance owed to the IRS from $27,000 to $296. There are too many people to name, but they all treated me with respect, and understanding of how difficult this was for me. Auggie was my attorney in the end and told me exactly what to do. They came through like champions! I highly recommend this group.

I never hired this company for audit representation after the first call I had with Yvonne. It was so disheartening, I was literally in tears afterwards. This was the first consultation I'd had, and she basically said - well you are … More just stuck paying what they said you owe (which isn't correct, and I've sent documentation to prove it.) After I got off the phone with her, thank goodness I spoke with another lawyer right away from another company. He was kind and considerate and listened to my whole story. He told me he didn't think I even needed a lawyer and that the documentation I'd sent was probably sufficient, but if not, to give him a call and he'd help me out. What a difference! On this initial call, I didn't feel like I was treated with respect, or that my case was even heard. I felt like I was being screened for the actual lawyers working the cases. I rarely leave bad reviews, but audit's are serious business and they come with heavy emotional ties. Please consider that how you handle each incoming call can make or break someone's day/week. If you are going to screen people, please make sure that the people screening have enough information to even give any feedback, and if they don't - it's fine to just say, I will take this information to the lawyer and see what he/she says about it and then get back to you later.

This is the longest review I've ever written. I'm a law-abiding taxpayer who files on time each year. As a former real estate broker, I gut renovated my apartment immediately after purchasing it in 2007. The appraisal estimated … More that there was well over $100K of equity in the home. Wells Fargo's reps, who lacked all moral decency, competency and integrity, created a problem where there wasn't one. It was simple: sell the home, pay the creditors and move out. Instead, they put me through foreclosure hell, blocking the sale of my apartment twice and ultimately resulting in a total loss of assets and damaged credit after filing Ch. 7 as a last resort.
Fast forward to 2019. After trying to work for several years with the IRS myself, I hired a tax firm who did nothing but take my money and move me from one case worker to the next.

Not only did they find out some folks had gotten my SSN and used it for their 2019 tax return.and With every letter the IRS sent me, Auggie kept me steady....I was a bundle of nerves. He carried me through each step in this process until I could almost hear him say...this will work out, it will take some time, I have your back. To me he is better than sliced bread.
